Umm...Patrino is gone...so I guess you can throw those out Stoener. Has Arky ever won a SEC championship or even won the west? If not, you can take you memories of Patrino and stuff them in a sack.

Big people are talking SEC football. When y'all can win some championships you can sit at the big boy table.

He was coaching at Tampa. How successful of a franchise is that and how many coachs have even won a SB there, muchless taken them to one and has a winning % there? I havent checked so i really dont know. Point is he took that franchise to a place I doubt they have been. Not many coach's in the NFL have a winning % out of the 50-59% range. He is very much proven and would kick Rich's a$$ on a regular. You see what even Kiffin did with a mediocre at best vol team.

I swear I get so tired of all of our uneducated redneck fans bashing other teams as of we are any better.

FYI Arkansas has won a national championship and dozens of conference championships.

have you ever been to Arky? Its an awesome program, huge money, great facilities, lots of tradition albeit not as much as ours, its a great job. Some in the national media have suggested it is on par with ours.

Driven through there a few times, but never spent any time there. However, based upon their history, I would put them on same level as Miss State. Recent success but mostly mediocre

Dawg4life is a classic UGA fan. They live in this very minuscule bubble when it comes to Georgia sports and relies on google searches for the rest of their information.

The Tampa job went bad for Gruden because the owner was cheap and limited the pieces he could build with when their championship team got old very quickly.

Big Raiders fan, and I saw him turn that franchise around in spite of a meddlesome egomanical owner who was stuck in the 70s. Gruden is an awesome x's and o's guy with a lot of fire and passion. With the right staff, he could do big things at Tennessee.

NC - 1964

Last conference championship - 1989... when they were in the defunct SWC. 23 years ago

You dont know anything about me.

What I know about you is that you talk smack without looking up the facts. You make uneducated,unfounded, stupid comments about other teams and you make fans like me look bad.

Just because other teams arent clad in big orange doesnt mean they're pitiful. In the case of Arky the truth is in this "what have you done lately" world, they are more relevant than we are.

Petrino, the best coach at Arkansas since Broyles, couldn't pull in a top 20 recruiting class... Derek Dooley, the worst at UT ever, was pulling in top 20, top 15 at the same time. No chance Gruden goes to Arky, sorry hog.
