Jim Harris (former editor of Arkansas Sports360) reported 40 minutes ago (3:00pm ET) that he has been able to confirm that Arkansas has offered Jon Gruden the coaching job. Let's all begin to pray!
Of course he has. There is zero chance he goes to Arky. TN and ND are the only two colleges he would coach. His wife would be pissed if he picked Ark over UT. He has extreme passion and loves UT and Majors. Im not worried one ounce about them.Arky is a good job but not great especially t.radition wise
I am very aware of what you have.
Are you aware of what Arkansas will have. To tell the truth, you have caught up with a couple of aspects that Arkansas had on you and Arkansas is about a year behind on construction of what will be basically very similar facilities. I mean it's like you're punch drunk from the over the top marketing jargon that the official video previews pump out to the loyal masses seeking donations. The Thunderdome of weight training, that's funny as hell.
It's nice to see what Arkansas did 10 years ago being copied. An example would be the new weight room being open to the outdoor and indoor practice fields.
Arkansas has moved the practice fields to the other of the indoor facility for it's Football Ops Center

and on and on
Money becomes boring and If he is in that shape and he is then perhaps he needs a challenge. This will be interesting as we have heard the preaching that money will not be a problem. We shall see.I think Gruden's enjoying all of the attention but never will be a HC again. With the lifestyle he has now, why would he? Plus, his resume is pretty old!
