For some reason Dobbs regresses over time. Seems to start out well when he gets a starting nod, but then the more games he plays, the steadily worse he and the offense get. Saw it in Arizona--and now look at Minnesota: No points and the game is nearly over.
Yep, Vikings had a bye week, so they've had 2 weeks to get better and be more productive. Minn fans are howling for a change at qb. I still think he's got talent and would love to see him have pre-season as the #1, and around a good core of receivers with a decent line protecting him. Seems everywhere he goes he's scrambling for his life.

He isn't good enough to be an every Sunday starter in the NFL. Love him. NFL QB brain, but not NFL QB1 talent

He had 63 yards on 23 attempts. Pretty bad, no way to spin it.
Saw a headline where Viking fans are blaming Dobbs for Jefferson injury, they said classic example of a QB not protecting his receiver. I didn't see the game so not sure of the circumstance.

He threw high across the middle to an exposed receiver. That's been his Achilles heel

Really high throw in traffic. Jefferson had to jump and fully extend to catch it. Most would have dropped such a poor throw. It kinda was his fault if you consider the poor accuracy.

He had one amazing game split over two weeks. The second half of Atlanta and the first half of NO the next week. The last 3 1/2 games have had been, well, bad. I thought for a moment he just never got the chance but now I realize his arm is not really NFL material and will do well to not get waived by Minnesota over the next few weeks.

Dobbs is an amazing backup and nsm starter. Very few QBs can say that. He also has a very unique skill that he can play in multiple systems or situations where other guys would likely get murdered thanks to his elusiveness.

Dobbs receivers dropped a lot of balls and the offensive line was pretty bad. Jefferson also only played a few downs before getting hurt again lol
Dobbs is getting blamed for hurting JJ with a high pass over the middle and per the page I was on they are done with Dobbs the fans are. I told them he is 3-2 as a starter for them.

Pretty obvious you don't like Dobbs, not really sure you like Tennessee looking at your posts.
I love Dobbs. That's entirely different than assessing his ability as a NFL QB. I don't think you've read enough posts of mine. It's certainly obvious you have no interest in nuance.

He is no worse than a dozen other guys in his shoes. There are only so many on the planet with consistent QB1 talent in the NFL, and that’s why he keeps getting shots.
