I don't see it lasting.

Still early in the season, but those two should be fine. I expect the Angels to improve. That lineup is shaking off some dust, be it Morales injury or Pujols AL adjustment. And bullpen issues can be fixed.

I'm really starting to like the Francisco trade. He could be the next Eric Hinske.

It would be such a crappy feeling to be a knuckleballer and have it just not be working.

He has great potential as a guy on the bench who can hit a little and (potentially) play three positions (3B, LF, 1B). But I don't trust the Braves at all not to talk themselves into thinking he deserves a shot at a starting job next year.

We are so fortunate to have big Davy Ross on the bench, not a huge Wren fan, but that was a huge pickup and re-signing. I can see him starting somewhere next year. Although he seems to be content as a back up. Either way this is going to be his last year here IMO.

Back up catcher is a cake job.

Oh boy. ANDRES GALARRAGA. We got his last two good seasons, cut bait at the perfect time. He was a stud in his prime. Loved when we had bats like his and Sheffield's

Gary Sheffield was my homie

2003: .330/.419/.604 with 39 HR 132 RBI 18 SB and 86 BB to 55 K

Dbake, what is going on with B Harper? Dude is scuffing for the first time in his life. I am sure he will turn it around soon enough though

He's just at a level he has never played before. What he did in the Arizona Fall League makes me worry less. I knew he would struggle, and even if he didn't at AAA, he would have (and still will if they bring him up as soon as I am hearing) gotten his fair share of abuse from major league pitchers.

His swing gets a little too big sometimes. It's always worked for him, so even slight adjustment may take some time.

My dream was always to make it to the majors....and be the backup for a perennial all-star.
