"I'm going to Florida State the week after I get back from Tennessee and then I might visit either Auburn or Mississippi State in that last week," Phillips said. "I'm not sure about those last two."

Excerpt from Rivals...
"I am set on Tennessee," Phillips said. "I visited with coach Kiffin today and he told me that he had big things planned for me and wanted me to be a part of his first class and to get things started right. I told him I was ready to come win an SEC Championship and he said it was time to go to work."

Update per rivals

He said today on radio that Arkansas was high on his list as was Tennessee. Arkansas is talking to him about defense. He told me position wasn't that big of a deal to him. Orgeron was there today at the school as was Auburn with the head coach and Trooper Taylor.

Per Hubbs

Also visiting FSU tommorow, then Auburn next week

Gave FSU visit 8 of 10... Says still committed to UT but has a lot to think about. Will visit AU.

I've just got a bad feeling that this kid ends up somewhere else. After a visit to a team he's committed to and he's only "90% sure"? I don't know.

Perhaps he's using a scale with 1 being the highest. I wouldn't put Tallahassee anywhere close to a 10.

What are you, a Gator fan?

What is there for a kid to dislike; the scantily-clad, well-tanned, and willing coeds; the proximity to the beach; or the resurgent football program under a legendary (albeit dated) coach?

Wierd, doesn't worry me alot though. The reason is that I see no direct quotes worth anything.

It's an rKansas article, so it's not too surprising..

Normally I would agree with you. But RD is Arkansas' best recruiting guru and he never puts out false information. He has accurately predicted all Arkansas' commits....so I wouldn't just write this guy off. He always has a scoop, even if it is bad news for Arkansas. Not to say he decommits from you guys or anything either. just a FYI

I just really hope this thing has no legs...we need AP due to his versatility to play both sides of the ball. I'm going to wait it out before I lose any sleep over this.
