Baltimore Unrest

It's a sad day when that seems to be the only thing that works. Police brutally is nothing new in Baltimore. Between 2011 and 2015 the government has paid out about $5.7 million to victims of police brutality. Numerous protests. Numerous investigations. Zero change.

As much as it pains me to say it, it's beginning to look like rioting is the only way to get real change here.

Especially when so called leaders chant no justice no peace or I will burn your shat down... And then have dinner at the White House

Yeah, because that's exactly what I want right? Good lord.

Perhaps they should do the job they're paid to do, if not perhaps they should gtfo.

Doing their job is one thing. Sacrificing themselves for a community that doesn't give a &%$* about LEO (or any civil servant for that matter) is completely different.

@EmilyMiller

Some DC police tell me they are concerned the Baltimore riots could spread here. What do you think?

Perhaps a requirement of being a cop should be that you actually have to live in the neighborhood.

Not like this.

If they unified the city and protested as a mass, it would get noticed. The marches organized by Dr. King and others brought real change. And without violence. But they did so without violence. How is it any different today?

The liberal culture and mass looting. More free stuff to be had.

But then they might shoot someone throwing bricks or bottles and you'd be all butt hurt over that too.... Even though actual crimes are being committed..... Isn't that harm to persons and/or property?
