Because they can walk away, go impregnate another stupid b!tch, and both children will be provided for. They can then use their own money for drugs, tats, 26 inch wheels, and other bling, instead of raising their children.

Read the Daniel Patrick Moynahan Report. Basically, the govt said, you cannot get welfare if your man/husband is in the home. So, it wasn't what many on the outside looking in would perceive as the men leaving, it is that the women have no incentive to pick a man that would stay with them in the first place, or if the man does want to be a part of the child's life, she would keep him away in order to not jeopardize her check.

Good to know there's never been a Caucasian walk away, cheat on his wife and impregnate a stupid *****. They don't use money for drugs and tats and bling in the trailer park.
