Minimal...his position is QB...he's been checking our 15 prospects and developing relationships...Butch and Z could take that over if need be...but a possible move won't affect this class...at all

If he is offered, he would be crazy not to take it. If this offense doesn't improve, he will likely be on the hot seat next year and Jones will have to make a move to save his own skin

Like many of us have been saying, its not likely that this current OC and DC under Jones will be the ones to take us back to the top.

One season with unknown players, a new offensive system, all freshman WR's. at least 2 injured TE's, and 3 injured QB's, would make Bill Belichick look bad! JMO

Obviously you don't believe CBJ's has the best staff in America. Otherwise upgrading it would not be possible right?

staff turnover is usually a sign of a good thing, but like so many of mentioned these kids have had too much.
better the OC than the DC, would hate to see an already bad defense go through a 3rd system in as many years

Siap...Dave Clawson got bumped up to $400K this year at Bowling Green. Bajakian is currently making $475K as our OC. Doesn't mean he wouldn't take the job if offered but it doesn't look like money would be the motivating factor.

How's that def doing now with full of 5 stars. Seems like the same garbage year in year out. Maybe it's upper management (Richt) that's the issue and not the DC

This is accurate. He got a pay raise and you're right it will be about whether he thinks this opportunity is a good one or not moreso than the money.

I actually hate to lose him but I think it's a pretty decent opportunity and possibly a stepping stone to something bigger. We really need the stability at this point.
