Bracketmatrix 2021-22

Fell 1 spot in the NET to 9th. Fell 1 spot in KP and Sagarin, and 2 spots in BPI, and 1 spot in SOR.

The only thing I wish was different about the NCAA tourney is that like the women's tourney, baseball and softball the top 16 get to play at home first two games. This should be the advantage of finishing in the top sixteen. Right now as a three seed were playing in Pittsburgh.

Thats not gonna include tonight’s games, results meaning game results (where I put W/L), that’s the seed list from matrix update today heading into tonight’s games.
Sadly Wisconsin winning just gives more fuel to the fire for the bracketologists that are putting them at 1 seeds

Can’t believe someone took the name “Tennessee” just to never post

Yeah that ridiculous thread “do you trust this team” makes me roll my eyes

I mean I trust this team a lot, but I don't think it's crazy to have doubts just due to the sheer craziness of March. This team is probably better prepared than any TN team in recent memory to make a run solely because we haven't lost to a bad team yet, but weird stuff happens in March. Whether it's Loyola Chicago in 2018 or Oregon State in 2021, we seem to have bad luck with running into the "Cinderallas".

I don’t take it as trusting a team to make a deep tourney run. Even for the best teams the odds of going all the way are low. Trusting a team in my opinion is about the quality of play and consistent level of competitiveness. That stat shows why they should be trusted

Today's update. Purdue Moves a spot down, Wisconsin moves up a lot. Villanova ahead of us, and despite the loss Providence moves up too.

This bracket would probably be

San Fran: 1. Gonzaga 2. Wisconsin 3. Texas Tech 4. Arkansas
San Antonio: 1. Baylor 2. Kentucky 3. Purdue 4. UCLA
Chicago: 1. Arizona 2. Kansas 3. Tennessee 4. Providence
Philadelphia: 1. Auburn 2. Duke 3. Villanova 4. Illinois

Think Texas Tech should still be ahead of Wisconsin. Think Wisconsin should be the first or second 3 seed rn. I know it’s just the S-Curve but I think it should be Wisconsin, Villanova, Purdue, UT on that 3 seed line. Nova and Wisconsin could be swapped too

I’d honestly be okay with that regional. Providence as the 4 seed and Kansas as the 2 seed is favorable. Don’t like the thought of playing Arizona again on a neutral court tho if it came to that.

Maybe a final 4 matchup with Kentucky. Would be pretty nice to beat them to make the championship 😂

If we’re a 3 I’d prefer someone other than providence as the 4. I want them to knock out whoever the 1 is

Arizona doesnt scare me. Kansas is overrated as usual. Providence is the toughest of the three
