Win a game in the SECT and we are one of the top 3 seeds. Get to the Final and we are in contention for a 2 seed. Win the SECT and we are firmly a 2 seed.

Texas Tech losing was huge

The way we played in the first half we had an opportunity to make a significant move up the predictive metrics. But if anything we may take a step back in those (fell to 12 in KenPom), and this is seen only as a resume win

I was very frustrated during the game but at this point it is what it is. Just play who is in front of you and we can still make it very far in the tournament

It was a pretty atrocious second half. We definitely saw the best of Tennessee and the worst of Tennessee in the same game.

Yeah I don’t think there’s a huge difference between 2 and 3 anyway but just saying I think our Teamsheet and NET rank could have moved up a decent amount had we won by a good margin and could help our push for a 2 seed

Duke losing was really shocking but sadly I doubt they move down much. What do you think we will be when the matrix updates?

Lunardi now has us 10th behind Duke and Nova ahead of Purdue

Can someone please defend Dukes Resume to me though? I get they have only 5 losses but 3 of those are not good losses.

We have more Q1 wins after today than they have games played.
