Bryce Brown allegedly on campus at UT, allegedly leaving Kan St (merged)

Why do so many people live in the past...if this kid is on campus, who cares???? I understand some Lane Kiffin posts since he tends to be in the news with his affiliation to UT but can we not move on??? Someone needs to start a Josh Selby post...I mean that kid ALMOST came to Tennessee. I guess I find it sad....

U do know that BB actually played for the University of Tennessee, right?

I wouldn't have a problem with him coming back and competing for a roster spot. He was never arrested at UT so it's not like he's a thug wanting another shot. I also don't believe he had any issues with academics either.

I think his family/friends have screwed him over big time and if he never makes it to the NFL will drop him fairly quickly.

He just needs to know he's on a short leash and they won't give him the starting or even backup RB spot he'll have to compete for it like everyone else. I actually think that if he sat down with Dooley and spoke with him face to face and owned up to his mistakes then Dooley would welcome him back.

That being said does anyone know of a previous player who played for UT, then left, then came back and played for them again?

Dee Morley
Brandon Warren tried, but wasn't let back on the team.

If Dooley wants him, I'll take him.

If he doesn't, then I hope Marlin Lane steps up and we sign another productive running back. I know the o-line is playing like crap, but as far as I'm concerned this year we do not have a legit running back and won't until someone proves otherwise.

BB, his brother and family took money from Shapiro or whatever his name is for hotel and food when they visited Miami. Even if he wanted to come back, I don't see Dooley taking him simply for this reason alone. We don't need any other NCAA problems right now.

^This!

There is no way Bryce is coming to UTK to speak about coming back to football. If he is even on campus, he's probably just seeing some girls/friends.

I love that he is the thread that never goes away, #410 posts and counting!

Sad state of public education. . .

I agree. Anyone that has never heard of a song, for sure is not a well educated individual. Get over yourself, and step down off your high horse. It's not very becoming.
