Notre Dame can start printing NIT tickets. I'm still waiting for someone to explain to me why Mike Brey still has a job.

Tulsa now has to win the C-USA tournament to make the field.

Yes. They just don't have the athletes to deal with the big boys. Jordan lays an egg and they look silly like they did last night.

Minnesota joins Charlotte and Rhode Island on the list of teams who apparently have no interest in playing in the NCAA Tournament.

I though last year's bubble was awful. This year's motley contenders make those teams look like the '84 Georgetown bunch. Anyone calling for tournament expansion should be forced to watch an endless loop of the awful basketball being played by what will be the back end of the at large field and the top quarter of the NIT draw.

I'm having a difficult time understanding why all of the projections are so confident Georgia Tech is safely in the field.

Illinois playing pretty well on the road. This is a sight better than their last game against OSU.

As Florida will likely lose to Kentucky this weekend, they will limp into the SEC tournament having finished on a nice little 0-3 run. A win last might would have placed them firmly in. Now, assuming the Kentucky game is a loss, I think Florida has to win its first round game in the SEC tournament to count itself safely into the NCAA field.

Depending on what else goes on, it is not inconceivalbe that they have to win two games to be sure of a spot.

You need to make it to the semis to be safely in. A 2nd round appearence in the SEC tourney may not be enough to impress when you went 0-3 to close the regular season.

A little bit of wishful thinking on your part, but obviously getting to the semis would ensure it.

Tells you something about the SEC when, going into last night's game we had a chance to fin ish second in the SEC and now with that loss and one more coming up we are a bubble team for the tournament!

I was actually rooting for you last night. I hate Vandy.

I just don't think a win over Alabama and then a loss to another bubble team in the 2nd round will exactly get you safely in the tourney. You and Miss State will be fighting for your tourney lives in the 2nd round. The winner of that game should be safe.
