Bye Bye Louisville

Can a tweet or social media post classify as organization or promotion? Has that been ruled on before?

Isn't it still free speech in any case? I still say somebody some day is going to use "free speech" as justification for murder since actions are apparently now considered "speech".

Dude...

They were told to knock. They turned off their bodycams and didn't knock. Then they found a witness to cover their asses. Why were their bodycams off? They're so FOS.
You realize this post disqualifies you from ever serving on a jury. You completely ignore facts because your mind is made up and you ignore anything that doesn’t fit your predetermined position

I stated this in my post. So don’t know what argument you are making here. Police are accountable for every round. Hence why the individual was being charged for negligence. But, with the Police actually not conducting a no-knock warrant and announcing their presence etc. I understand why they aren’t being charged for her death.
I understand as well. I don't think they should be. But I'm also skeptical whether or not they really knocked and announced since we don't have body-cam footage. And it doesn't change my opinion on no-knock warrants. The greater responsibility to do right is on the police, and it should be. I have the utmost respect for cops who do the job right. It's not an easy job, and it's certainly not for everyone.

It isn’t unconstitutional. Otherwise it wouldn’t be allowed or maybe you believe the Supreme Court didn’t get this one right? Dunno how “breaching a door without announcing yourself first is “unconstitutional” especially if you are a criminal who is in possession of weapons and the “no-knock” is being used as an officer safety thing.

Seems to me you don’t quite understand that a “no-knock” isn’t completely silent. The door is breached and then police immediately announce themselves. A knock warrant also known as “knock and announce” is knock knock “police with a warrant open the door” and if it’s a high threat to officers it’s “knock knock police with a warrant open the door immediate breach” so..... yeah

Bill of rights. You seem to be really offended by this, so feel free to enjoy your no-knock warrants all you like buddy 👍 I’ll continue to be an advocate for human rights and the constitution

Also, only the initial entry is “no-knock” you still have to ID yourself after the entry. Boom door busted “Police” “Police” etc. so while people believe it is just completely unannounced that isn’t true.
Meh, I'm still focused on why in the hell are we kicking down downs to enforce these sill azz drug laws...

Yeahhh lol ok. This is not a video game.... it’s split second reactions and when you are being fired upon. I would like to see your expertise in a situation where a known drug dealer is firing on you And his girlfriend is behind him what you would do. We know the answer. Shame on you for not using your Brain and following in line with the woke mob. Do better
Shame on you for thinking an innocent being killed is okay. Especially one in her own home. Being "woke" has nothing to do with it. And as far as I'm aware, there wasn't a known drug dealer in her house.

Let's assume they "found" a witness.

So if it really was no knock how would the dude inside be ready to start shooting as soon as the door was busted down?

Bingo

And sadly sometimes life ends when no one deserves it to end or anyone deserves to be held accountable for that death
Again, I've stated the officers shouldn't be charged in her death. But accountability is still a legitimate question. How we got in this situation is an absolute must to be addressed. What set of circumstances brought us to a tragic end and how do we change it for the future? These are the questions that should be asked.
