I can understand it. I wanted fulmer gone more than anyone. Its negative vols like you that make our fanbase look so idiotic.

Vol Basketball haters, where did you disappear off to?? I would swear that you guys are a bunch of trolls..... Even though I read your points, and agree to a certain extent with some of the stuff, I would have to say that you guys just personally don't like CBP.......

So what do you have to say for yourselves now with all the pessimism?? We still suck and the sky is crashing any moment?? :crazy:

Pearl is a salesman and a motivator. Nothing wrong with that. He'll probably always be competitive and recruit good players. But, when you get into tournament time, his weakness in coaching is exposed time and time again. That doesn't mean he will never beat a good/great team (i.e. Kansas), but not being able to understand and communicate X's and O's are eventually exposed in tournament settings.

Most of "Hat and Co." have posted, giving Pearl credit and enjoying the win. Hat is probably celebrating the victory somewhere besides an internet message board.

Nice win today. Make that a great win, but I want to see this kind of effort in March...when it really matters. Otherwise, if we have a first round exit, this win becomes irrelevant...unless you are one of those "Pearlophiles" who will use this game to say how great Pearl is.

I didn't give Tennessee ANY chance at all tonight and still didn't think we had the game won until Maze hit the FTs. I am greatly impressed with the way the team executed in the halfcourt and Pearl owned Self tonight. I'm impressed.
