If my choices are Fisher or Strong, I want Strong. I think Strong would recruit very well and have a very good defensive brand of football. I would like to know what kind of staff he would assemble though. I wouldnt want the Louisville staff, with exception of maybe 1 or 2. Strong with Tee and Jay Graham, while keeping Pittman and possibly Chaney?...I would be all in.

This is exactly it....he is unproven at an elite program. He has assembled a Louisville level staff and lost to Connecticut with it....not comparable coaching standards for SEC and Tennessee.

He has assembled a Louisville level staff because he is at Louisville. If he came to UT(and he isnt my top choice but I wouldnt be livid with the hire), he could likely keep most offensive staff(which I would think we would want) and bring Tee. The staff would certainly recruit well and we know that Pittman and Graham are very good.
