Yes. Why would you assume that I was talking about you or anybody else in this thread. If I had something to say to somebody I would have said it directly.

I made a comment that is true. There are, in fact, overly self-righteous, ignorant people in our society. If you take offense, it says more about you than me.

U didn't have to direct it to just one person. U threw it out there to all that don't agree with u. And yes ur comments in this thread topic makes u come off as a person that is ok with the situation we r in with illegal immigration, and do not like tough actions to bring it into check.

U may not think so, but I've done pretty well in life to this pt with my current reading comprehension so I'm sure that's not the problem.

Immigrants have done the hard, nasty work that most the folks on this board would not want their kids to do for decades upon decades.

IMO, you want in our country? Got a clean record and PAY YOUR TAXES, welcome to the USA! If not, GTFO.

We have been, and hopefully always will be, the land of opportunity. Kids getting screwed like this is just wrong.

So, it was fine that "Natives" fought for and claimed Americas land but no other people can? Please! "Natives" weren't even native to America, likely migrated from Asia and other places. You don't factually know that the people you are referring to are the actual natives since science says they come from asia and other parts of the world. Who did they kill off when they arrived? What peoples did they commit genocide against? The entire globe is no one's land only, it's all of our land. So your argument that Europeans stole their land is foolish. That being said a country is not a country unless it has a border. America wasn't a country then, it is now. When the folks that you call natives were here this land was divided into terriories that different racial and tribes controlled. Like little counties themselves. We know this to be historically and scientifically factual. So who was here before the so called natives? Other natives. That were likely killed off or genectically exterminated through reproduction with "new peoples"?

Didn't Aaron Tippin sing a song that said "you've got to stand for something, or you'll fall for anything?" I feel bad for the dude but we as a country have to draw the line somewhere in the sand. Handle your business and enjoy what this country has to offer. Rely on everybody else to handle your business and let the gov't send you a $1000 a month for the rest of your life while the ones that handled their own business pays for your ass and wonder why you can't get ahead in life living off of the gov't. Screw them SOB's that think I owe them something. I want my taxes I pay to support our VETS and current military, retired people that worked their ass off, and the SERIOUSLY disabled folks. Hell I'm bi-polar when I'm pissed off. Where's my check?
