It’s a bright, sunny 40 degrees this morning, not a power tool within earshot. The chickadees are visiting my feeder. I’m trying one of the Punch Clásico included in my recent sampler purchase.

Very strong upon lighting. Mineral and burnt wood. These qualities persist but even out into a smooth medium body with a hint of sweetness in the first third. Well constructed with a good draw. Some coffee notes.

I'm a bourbon guy...not judging your choice. Woodford Reserve or a Knob Creek on the patio with some Allman Brothers...and an Ashton original being a cigar newbie.

Drizzle and wind and mid-50s. The Chiefs’ game cannot hold my attention. Pro football is supposed to be the apex of the sport. Give me CFB. The passion, the unpredictability, the hope eternal. I’m back on the porch with some Bailey’s and a Drew Estates maduro. @Gandalf
