Kortney is still waiting for a release from the DR to start doing any real rehab. Westbrook finished summer practice on the sideline because of a bump on the head...(not gonna use the C word). They really have not been able to do any 5-on-5 work because they have not had all the girls available at the same time.

What is up and the C word man!?!! If you came to TN those shock absorbing mouth guards would be a prerequisite LOL... massengale, jones, and Reynolds all had that nasty word and it effected the LV seasons... massengale was coming into her own and was a lethal outside shooter, Jones affected depth and athleticism, and Jordan has having a great junior season heading into the tourney! Ughh prayers for a quick recovery and hopefully she can start b ready for preseason( which will be vita for a freshman).

What's up with KD? Still her foot?

I remember when ice hockey goal keepers were considering masks. and then later players began to wear helmets; and football players got a bar for the face and later almost a total mask. And baseball players began to wear shin guards .

The physical spills that occur in basketball may see the sport evolving their overall protective armor. - protective mouth guards are a beginning.

giving holly excuses for five years you ppl are stupid she won 3 sec titles , its only the last two years were we slipped if she goes 26-8 , she is safe and sweet sixteen

I think what people are trying to say is temper expectations because they lost 50% of their scoring to the pros, graduation, & transfers. Just to get back to where they were last year they would be relying on 3 unproven offensive players in Meme, Dunbar, & Harris. A transfer who has never played D1 ball, and 4 freshman.

As highly rated as they are they will hit a wall and one can only hope they don't all hit the wall at the same time because the staff has put themselves in a position where they have no choice but to rely on them.



I'm pretty sure she is the one they are talking about. No one else on the team has numbers to be considered a good 3pt shooter.

I watched nearly all of their games last year and you never knew what you were gonna get and they were mostly upperclassmen. This year they have quite a few first year players at Tennessee so I'm not sure how people are so sure what is to come. That doesn't mean they will be bad. I'm just saying let's wait and see.

This freshman wall you speak of I do not think exist with this generation , Look at orgeon gaurd freshman year or maryland pg. or notre dame jackie young etc etc

We have lost a lot , but sooo have other teams an tea did not play last year so you will not notice her being gone , The one that will hurt is Diamond deshields, They only one

Te'a didn't play, so losing her only created a personnel loss...I don't think the loss will be that great with Te'a. The Fab Four has two very capable guards. Both can run the point as a natural position.

After Middle School, age only matters, if the older player continues to improve. Once skill catches skill, age doesn't matter.

That would be like saying Elena Delle Donne wasn't a loss to uconn when she pulled out. Probably cost them 2 NCs. But, rationalize away.

Same concept. Neither played for the expected team. People had high expectations for both. Now folks are pretending Te'a didn't matter.

I watched play for the University of Tennessee for a year!!!!!!!! Sometimes on National Television 📺

Maybe you slept through that season??
