Colin Kaepernick sits during national anthem

Documented behavior of all employees is what you would do.

Writing up poor performance for one employee only, an employee that has already thrown accusations at you, would be laughable at best and more likely a disaster.

I imagine there's already someone doing that at Target, so the root of this is probably multiple people not doing their jobs.

God... I just wouldn't, like, work for Target.

1, I'm an HR manager. 2, I didn't say anything about "measuring" performance. 3, I would assume she already has a system to document performance of her employees and she needs to be diligent when she documents his. It isn't rocket science.

And Tim Tebow was a NFL quarterback.

She would need to be consistent with her actions across employees.

If she is his direct supervisor she would need to. Big corp does suck.

That's why running bars is fun. If there's a dispute within the workplace, I'd just direct them to the complaint department trashcan in the employee restroom and give them bad shifts until they hugged it out.

I finally agree with you. Worked for them my whole life. Probably inspires my hate for big government, or at least reinforces it.

I'm fine with it. Hey, he did win one playoff game.

I don't know what that means (and feel stupid if I should get it), but I hope you have a good evening allvol123 (sincerely). I gotta finish packing and get in bed. We're head to the Smokies tomorrow after work! It's almost Football Time in Tennessee!!!

Soon, he may have the opportunity to sit during the Canadian national anthem
What a great QB.

Kaepernick explicitly voiced his support of the troops.

The flag represents a lot of things, good and bad. Just because you focus on the good and salute the good does not mean you think everything is good. Just because Kaepernick refused to salute the flag does not mean he thinks everything is bad. Just like you aren't endorsing Japanese internment when you stand for the flag, CK was not insulting the sacrifices made by troops when he did not stand for the flag.

People just want to be outraged.

Maybe he should just sit for part of the anthem then.
