My mother told me when I was a baby she gave me a mouthful of spinach baby food. She said I smiled at her and then spit the entire mouthful of spinach in her face. My aversion to spinach is a lifelong thing.

Y’all need to try turnip greens or collards stir fried with garlic, pork, and oyster sauce with side of rice. Thanks to everyone for all of the green recipes mentioned earlier.

Just watched a video of Blake and Gwen just because I was curious. Heard she was switching to country. Anyway, don't like the song, but He shore did trade up!! She's hotter now than she ever was.

That's a poor man's version of Dajiujia. I don't remember who made it, but there's a decent frozen version of it at Publix.
 
A small mom & pop type Italian joint on the beach called Poppa Mondo had the best Ravioli Verdi ever. I tried to duplicate it, but the oil was what separated it from all others. It was definitely special.

It was spinach Ravioli stuffed with ricotta and sauteed in the oil with fresh basil.

The oil and basil went first. The basil was allowed to fry and get crisp, then the Ravioli was added. Was finished with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano.

Pfft. Amazeballz as Bill would say.
