Anybody had Perfectly Grilled Salmon at Outback? I need to know how you think it's prepared. It is not heavily seasoned. It is "oily" but in a good way.

I know Bill hates these guys and that's okay, maybe all of you do and that's okay too. I don't care for their "look" and they ain't great, but I do like some of what they sing about. Like this one...I can relate to every line.

Long live all the small towners, sunup to sundowners
That old school Haggard and Hank
Long live longneck bottles and wide-open throttles
And old dirt roads with no name
Long live them country girls, long legs, and cut up jeans
Long live this way of life, long live nights like these
Long live, long live, long live
Long live nights like these

I've never had it, but it can't be complicated. What's it called on the menu?

By the way.. @Souce I got some of this Saturday. It's legit. The garlic almost tastes roasted. It's very good. I also got a small bottle of the Buttery Burger that I haven't tried yet.

This isn't my pic, but it really shows how they serve it. I'll probably screw it up grilling it.
