I’ve been thinking about this for awhile. There seems to be little logic or reasoning behind Beamer’s appeal. My conclusion is, “It’s hard to fix stupid“.

THIS! It has to be what the guy is selling.

I will give him credit. I don't think us or Clemson let him beat us. I think he surprised us with a different gamelan before they struggled again in the bowl game. It didn't help that we had a major disruption on our defense that week.

If we are up 50 point on them this year it still won't be enough for me.

Hendon went down on their terrible sand field late in the game. If I recall they grabbed the fumble, then on the first play attacked the endzone when the game was all but over it was so late. The year before we had slowed our attack once we got up big.

I want to beat them by 100.

i think some are forgetting they also lost to some bad football teams too. book is far from written on Beamer.

to me, it'd be like Butch losing to Vandy and USCe in 2016, but in September/October instead of November, and then beating Florida and UGA in November to close the season.
