This dude is super creepy.

Couldn’t imagine playing for this clown.

Who is the major contributor: UA
Who found a loophole to get people to donate: South Carolina

It’ll be what it’ll be.

If he lives up to the hype Columbia will be a pit stop

Beamer recruits very well. Things to consider:

1. Lost a ton of people (including multiple former 5 stars) to the transfer portal
2. Is working with a school/NIL who is not very top of the line
3. A good recruit does not make a national championship/sec championship/sec east winning team (see hendon hooker, Darnell Wright/all sorts of other 5 star prospects)
4. Never been a good coach at any level and is hampered by the fact he's at south carolina (Steve Spurrier is a generational coach who won the east once and got skull stomped in the sec championship game).
Yep, forgot they lost Stogner, Bell, Loyd and Jordan Burch. Those are some studs

Looks like they have a really strong pull in the DC/Maryland/VA area. Last year they had Harbor and another few guys from that region, same thing this year with Stewart. Locksley needs to get his house in order

Beamerball 2.0 is putting together a nice class but if the vols had a similar class at this time there would be mass panic on this board. Just need to look at USCjr’s portal losses from last year despite finishing the year strong to know their program has serious issues

SC is crootin their arses off. We might have to rethink the VN narrative of Beamer being a bumbling incompetent.

Butch also recruited his arse off and he was king of the bumbling incompetents. If Shane Beamer wins 9 games in the regular season this year then I will believe he is the real deal. Until then, the last two games of 2022 are a complete fluke and I am not buying him as a program builder.

Beamers personality is what will be his downfall over anything. When things get tough he will be an ass and argue with the media and blame others and it will rub people the wrong way.

Speaking of Butch, blows my mind he had 28 commits in his last class (2017) and had 23/28 were three star players. That was his class after we had gone 9-4 back to back

Think watching this guy and Harbor will be very telling examples of what beamers tenure with uscjr will ultimately look like. Will they be 5 star busts or will he get the most out of their talent. Remains to be seen.

I think that’s a sour grapes driven narrative but we will see.

Dude beat us and Clemson in consecutive weeks. That’s nothing to scoff at.

I still think we spank them in Neyland.
I don’t know what his potential but he did beat us and Clemson while scoring 16 total points against Missouri and Florida…. That seems very much like Butch.
