'24 DC OT Jordan Seaton (Future Portal Entry)

And more…Dudes just a new Shapiro

To add to the problems, LifeWallett has also been tanking. The company was once valued at more than $32 billion and was worth more than $10 a share right before it went public. Now, though, their shares are trading for just 22 cents.

With LifeWallet not doing well, there's concern that John Ruiz is facing financial difficulties.

The Miami Herald say that Ruiz and LifeWallett are facing multiple lawsuits. They claim that Ruiz and his company owe millions of dollars to sellers of various businesses they acquired.

John Ruiz has also had to delay paying back people he got loans from as he looks to get more money. All signs point to Ruiz dealing with money issues, especially due to the fact he and LifeWallet are being very selective in what they share and how they operate.
yes something isn't smelling right. Ruiz just sold that mansion in Gables Estates for $27.5 million just in May this year so makes you wonder if he is bleeding money and scrambling to pay people off he owes like all the reports are saying. And he owes another property in Gables Estates too worth around $49 million so makes you wonder how a ex attorney has so much money at one time he was worth billions.

I think there will be more to come of this story and he has cut off payments I'm hearing promised to athletes at the U so if true, you might see a bunch transfer next transfer portal period.

Not often a true freshman starts in this league, but one would have to assume that there's no clearer path to that than at Tennessee next year. That dance floor is gonna clear and be wide open.

Meh maybe but I doubt it. I suspect the staff is gonna hit the portal for OL. I have heard AP and Hubbs say they may take 4-5 in the portal. I don’t think we see a true freshman OL start for Heupels offense.

You remember correctly. They said 4-5 OL.
there is no way. unless we are about to run off 3-4 OL already here that weren't already leaving to graduation or NFL.

we have 17 OL who I am guessing are on scholarship. 7 are seniors. 4 of those seniors have eligibility left. so we would have at least 10 returning.

we have 5 committed currently, with Seaton pending, for potentially 6 we are aiming at as Freshman.

4-5 more OL would have us in the double digits for one class. which would end with us having at LEAST 20 OL on the roster. I can't see us making 1/4 of our total scholarship players OL.

We are losing 5 OL, all the starters.

This aint intramurals, bruther.

Yep. This is exactly what I'd expect unless everyone who might go pro does go pro (Mays, Campbell, Spraggins, Mincey).

True, but he won't be seeing a couple of 4-5 star vets in front of him. Every HS kid thinks he's the second coming and can play as a freshman. I think it's 5 OL, 2DL and another WR/TE in the portal. One other area that concerns me is QB. While Nico is the starter, injuries always seem to hit us where we can least afford them. Who do we turn to if Nico gets hurt? What QB in the portal would want to come sit behind Nico as an insurance policy? Would we dare go into next season with a QB room consisting of Nico, Moore Shuler and a true freshman? Will we have a choice? Throw in the NCAA penalties with scholarships, it's pretty clear we're going to need to use some gitshirts after the season ends. Gotta drive Heupel nuts trying to deal with this kind of stuff.

its a frick ton of personnel change at the position that most relies on consistency to perform. we saw what even missing one guy could do to our line play when Mays was out. now we are throwing out everyone AFTER we have 4 guys go pro?

High probability Mincey comes back. Cooper is a who knows. I can see Spraggins making the jump, but he hasn’t had the all-conference season that would seal the decision. That leaves Campbell and Lane as the definites. VQ has been doing a lot of monkey butt fetching lately with their declarations.

Liking this post solely for using the phrase, “monkey butt fetching.”
