I didn’t think Florida is a darkhorse. They’re up there with Tennessee and Alabama.

The commonality is offer one brother to get the other, regardless of who’s the elder. I don’t see how the analogy was hard to follow, but you like to argue, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

You're welcome here and hope you don't mind a (gentle) jab here and there. Sad to say that Napier seems to be turning things around there. We'll see how high his ceiling his, but the recruiting is impressive this year.

Yeah next year could be even more scarily thin unless we really hit the portal hard. I’ll be disappointed if we don’t get at least two stud olineman via portal. Gotta protect that 8 million dollar arm.

The new scholarship rule will make development at the upmost importance. If I’m reading correctly, no more cutting kids if they don’t perform as expected.

CJH typically does a good job with addressing deficiencies. We do need a least 1 starter at Tackle and Guard and potentially center too.

We have to start landing some difference makers from the high school ranks or this will be a recurring theme.

Times have changed from Elarbee's Mizzou model where he was stashing high school OL for years before playing them.

Everyone will have to roll the dice on the portal moving forward.

I think they like Lang to be the guy at Center next year, but I think they’d like to get at least 2 studs from the portal and 2 more who will push for PT. Probably need 2 OTs and 2 Guards.

The biggest fish on the board will be Jordan Seaton until signing day. He was in Oregon last weekend and had a great time meeting NIKE founder Phil Knight. We continue to feel like Tennessee is in a really good spot as the calendar gets ready to turn to November. Ohio State is trying hard to get back in after taking a tumble in his recruitment several months ago and he will officially visit there next month. His visit to Tennessee for the Georgia game is very much anticipated by both he and his family as the last visit was just Jordan by himself. The family has heard so much positive about Tennessee from him, which makes the visit a real opportunity to capitalize on the momentum the Vols built last month.
