I guess you prefer the bizarro dementia world of mostly peaceful BLM rallies, getting keistered by the chicoms, hanging out in the women’s restroom in trannyland and paying $4.00/gallon for gas. When your party is beholden to a narcissistic jergoff like Trump, and even worse the Trump translator is Lindsey Graham, I'd say you might want to take a look in the mirror.
Bullsh!t. You're nothing more then a troll. If all you can do is spread lies, there's no sense in putting value into anything you post without having a fact check.I said Trump asked Pence to count votes from a different set of electors than the ones who were legally chosen... and that is exactly what Trump did.
Pence arguably went against the constitution. The state legislatures pick the electors. They requested more time to sort out the election fraud, he ignored.I never said that. I did say that Pence did not have the Constitutional authority to reject votes from a legally chosen set of electors... and that is accurate. Pence even said so himself.
So you think the VP had the right to choose electors and not the state legislatures as the constitution prescribes? When fraud is proven, I hope pence gets 10 years in prison for election fraud.Dude, Pence done the exact thing that he should have done. Trump lost because he had no restraint or couth. End of story.
Biden has been the worst president in our history so far. He's further divided the country as governors sue him and declare they won't follow his dictatorship rule by EO. He cost many jobs, union jobs at that. He's suppose to be union Joe. He's obliterated our energy independence. He's continued the sellout of America to the CCP. He broke promises of vowing to immediately fire those of his staff that acted disrespectfully. Also broke the promise of $2,000 stimulus checks. He's made the most secure border we've had in decades, unsecure. Why are democrat voters so stupid?
He doesn’t care about that. And when you catch him in a lie he doesn’t respond. This is a lie. He did not ask the VP to select his own electors. You are a liar. There were states that requested more time to make sure their election irregularities were fully investigated. He ignored those request.
You also virtually lied on point 2 as well. You left out the part where he stated to peacefully protest at the Capitol.
If you want your views to be taken seriously, there needs to be some truth to them.
Shame on all those Dems trying to tear down our Constitution and fair election process by daring to challenge electorates without the required signatures. I’m sure you caught that part of the process in January 2017.Then you are just splitting hairs then. I don't remember what days the tweets were sent, but Trump was definitely asking Pence to count votes from an alternate set of electors than the ones who had already been legally chosen. But even with what you are saying, Pence did not have the constitutional authority to reject votes from those electors. Does it make sense that he would have the power to influence the outcome of his own election in such a way? Wouldn't that be a massive conflict of interest?
When it comes to settling disputes, this is how it works: if at least one senator and one representative object to the results from a given state (this happened on the 6th), both chambers vote to sustain or reject the complaint. Only if both chambers sustain the complaint are the results thrown out (that didn't happen). When it comes to counting the votes, the 12th Amendment says, "The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall be counted." The Constitution gives the Vice President only one role in this process, which is to open envelopes for those votes to be counted. There is no assigned role for the Vice President other than that.
Mike Pence did not choose the electors. Pence simply called votes from the electors into roll, who had been legally chosen in the manner prescribed by their jurisdictions. Pence did not have the authority under the United States Constitution to reject votes from those sets of electors, as Donald Trump openly suggested. Pence explained this himself. Why would Pence help to certify his own defeat unless he absolutely had to? Your argument that Pence did something wrong doesn't make any sense. The premise of such an argument is that Pence didn't want to win an election where his name was also on the ballot. It's ridiculous. So you think the VP had the right to choose electors and not the state legislatures as the constitution prescribes? When fraud is proven, I hope pence gets 10 years in prison for election fraud.
