Derek Chauvin trial

No.

As someone so astutely posted sometime back, this guy won't be opening his own pickle jars anytime soon.

A few things on this verdict.

My opinion:

Chauvin was guilty.

With that said, I'm not sure it rose to the level of 2nd degree murder. I would've leaned toward 3rd degree but Chauvin arrogance put him in this position.

This jury was under pressure from the mob and the radicals in democratic party. There is no excuse for the kind of rhetoric that we have seen from Mad Max Waters and then Jo Biden. That could have had an impact on the verdict and if I am the defense I call for a mistrial because of incompetence.

Next, I think Floyd possibly would have died anyway because he had overdosed but Chauvin let him off the hook, cost the city millions, and basically handed the election to the radical left to add on to their other sparkplugs.

It is a sad day when people are crying on television over a George Floyd verdict. Some of these people probably have never cried out to Jesus. Yet here we are crying for a career criminal. I just don't know what this world is coming to but it ain't good.

Last I have brothers and sisters in Minneapolis. I wouldn't visit that place if they paid for my plane ticket.
Too bad for you he didn’t overdose. Cause you know evidence and such.

My dad told me that the British soldiers were allocated 2 sheets per man per day during WW2. Do you think you could have made it?

That’s when I would have cut several squares of cloth off every dead German in uniform I came across. Woulda been cool to wipe my @zz with their Swastikas.

I would say I'm surprised by the second degree conviction, but that would be a lie. This jury was always going to convict. Unlike some, I think Chauvin was/is guilty of a crime, but I'm not convinced it rises to the level of second degree murder. If I understand the definition of third degree correctly, then I actually agree with that charge. Doesn't change the fact that the jury was poisoned well in advance, and politicians commenting on the case did nothing to help. Maxine handed him grounds for appeal. Still laughable that none of the Dem Congress people recognize she deserves to be censured and punished.

He intended to cause him pain or at least discomfort and didn't even stop once he was dead. He knew what he was doing

He's going to have a lot of time to make some new black friends
I don't think he'll have it all that bad in prison

Yes, random bystanders are who the police should listen to in such situations. That might be one of the most ridiculous things I’ve seen you post.
One of his fellow policemen suggested he take his knee off his neck and Chauvin persisted. When Chauvin was later told that Floyd no longer had a pulse by his fellow policemen he still persisted.

Guess you missed that.
