I don’t think that’s cool of him to do that . He needs to do something big to make up for it to the people in San Antonio and those that had tickets. Times aren’t that easy right now . A lot of people may not have the means to travel there, pay for lodging, basically all the stuff that goes into a big weekend . I would say that regardless of which team he was cheering for. Has anyone heard if Kenny Chesney will be canceling any shows and then show up in Philly wearing a Villanova jersey?

It would be really hard for me to believe fans matter to them outside of being on stage. I don’t quite remember who it was maybe Jimmy Buffet but they were notorious for no showing concerts

I don’t know if it’s Buffett. Doesn’t sound like him. OutKast pulled some stuff like that at House of Blues in Myrtle Beach. I was pissed. So was the crowd. I thought they were going to riot .

Hank Jr. George Jones. Axl Rose/GnR. I’m sure there have been others that either no-showed, or were too drunk/high to perform.

Yes, we all remember crying Roy and after another loss in the championship game he bails on KU and heads to UNC.......but he got 3 chips. This changed how I felt about him. I went from hating Duke and being a Roy Williams fan to becoming a Duke and Kansas fan and not liking Roy or UNC.
