Ya gotta love how UT fans on here always diss the recruits commited and talk about how the ones commited to any other team are better. With all those on here crying for Mobley to get an offer you would think he got his whole family to post on here begging for a spot.

Attention Mobley family, he is commited to UK so move on. Look at it this way, he may be a RB but play QB next year and beat UT. True story!!

I've got news for you jmoore the quality of talent Cross plays against isn't exactly superstar level in the 8AAA formerly 7AAA region. I've only lived there my entire life though, so how could I know...

It's come a long way since I was in high school, but it still doesn't compare to ATL and south GA. There's a reason our best teams still don't win state. Just because it's in GA doesn't automatically mean it's head and shoulders better than TN.

It may not compare to the talent in Atlanta but its twice the talent in East Tennessee.

The only news that I need as a UT fan is that the coaching staff has evaluated these players and have picked the ones they think can play ball.

Everyones sisters brothers cousin knows that their friend is better.

Ah sorry, misunderstood. Yeah I would rather have both of these guys rather than Watson. Lane and Neal will hopefully perk up next year too.

idk anything about the talent Cross is playing but i do know that the talent Mobley is playing week in and week out is not anything to write granny about. I live 5 minutes down the road from Powell high in karns. Powell plays a few decent teams a year and thats it. I would like to see how Mobley would compete with the likes of Maryville and Alcoa because he is making kids hes playing look like middle schoolers. Also on a side note Mobley was suspended for last years playoffs for stealing from his teams locker room idk if that's a deterring factor for the staff.

I swear Mobley could be Eric Dickerson and some people would say he's not good because he play's weak competition. Do you guys think Reggie Cobb, Randall Cobb, James Stewart, Tyson Clabo, Aubrayo Franklin, Gerald Sensabaugh, Jason Witten, Will Jackson just to name a few played better competition then Mobley? NO they didn't but it didn't keep them from being great players. You can't just say a guy isn't good enough based solely on the fact that he plays HS football in East Tennessee.

I've been to just about every Powell game this year, and I've seen Cross on no less than 5 occasions. Mobley is better. Idk how many times I have to tell y'all this, but north GA talent and east TN talent are almost identical. Hell, the geographical regions are almost identical. I've seen a lot of football from both sides, and they're similar. Now south GA and ATL are a different story, but Cross wouldn't play them until the playoffs anyway.

Stop embarrassing yourself, half the guys I listed were NOT offered by Tennessee and NEVER played for Tennessee.
