The article wasn't specifically about any individual child but the impact the policy as a whole was having on the country. Not going to gum things up with another thread on media issues, so will just put this here.

Fox News has been absolutely obsessed this week with covering the disappearance of this young woman, a U of Iowa student, Mollie Tibbets. Other networks or outlets have stories on it, and it should be covered to hopefully find her. But, it has really stuck out to me that Fox has story after story about this and it is odd to me since disappearances unfortunately occur routinely. There is some reason that Fox is so focused on this. Anyone else seeing this?

Again, you can like it or not, acknowledge it or not, but the kids wouldn't have been separated from their parents had they NOT bypassed nine consulates and an embassy while trucking up through Mexico and crashed the U.S. southern border. That is NOT how our laws are designed for admission into the country and the parents are at fault for their own stupid behavior, putting their own children in jeopardy. And it is not "Trump's Border Separation Policy". INS was following the letter of the law. The administration tried to get something passed that would prevent family separations and it didn't get through Congress.

The problem is that Trump doesn't define "Fake News" as false information. He broadly defines it as anything which reflects negatively on him, whether it's factual or not is irrelevant. Once again, if he has a problem with false information, why has he defended both The National Enquirer and InfoWars who have both either been successfully sued or are currently being sued for purposely spreading misinformation? The reason that he likes both of them (as opposed to the mainstream media), is that they defend him and spread false information about people he doesn't like.
