ESPN likes Arky State's chances

If BJ has to put up bulletin board material for Ark St or any other team to get his team focused then Tn is in big trouble.

It is true. All ESPN writers alternate between wearing BAMA t-shirts and Florida t-shirts.

They are Vol-haters, I'm tellin ya!

On the other hand, maybe they are just telling it like they see it...

Who knows...

Yeah, but I think you'll agree that it will be a different conversation about that game when we light up those fighting aggies...right?

Some of those writers are the equivalent of TMZ "journalists"

Until we start winning more than we are losing, we will never get any respect! When we start winning, we won't get much then either! :banghead2:

Alas... we had hoped you were resigned to saying stupid stuff on your own board.

From ESPN

The Vols could be in for real trouble with this one. Butch Jones isnÂ’t doing himself any favors bringing in a program thatÂ’s won 28 games over the past three seasons. And considering the fact that Tennessee doesnÂ’t return a single starter on the offensive or defensive line, doesnÂ’t have an established quarterback and will be coming off a tough season-opener against a Utah State team that won nine games a season ago, itÂ’s a safe bet that Arkansas State will be getting everyoneÂ’s full attention.

What do you think?
Vols 63-7.

The stupid thing about predictions like this is that the same guys saying UT should lose to mid-majors out of one side of their mouth will praise Jones as a "good fit" for UT out of the other. It is one or the other... not both. Either he's a guy who should beat teams consistently when he has more talent or he's not the right guy.

I agree. When you have college football shows on every day of every week, they have to create stories. Tomorrow it will be another story.

None of it means squat.

Yep. This story is similar to the ones prior to the WKU game from 2013.
