Huh? What?
How in the world did you draw this conclusion? Talking about TDS and yours is bordering on lunacy.
I have a hard time believing that this was a setup by Trump but do believe that the documents in question are meaningless. There are mountains of classified material that the reasons for their classification are asinine, I'd bet the house Trump didn't have the nuclear codes, battle plans, codes or anything of real danger to the country if it got out.
The raid was purely political theater in an effort to keep Trump from running again (which I hope he does not) no way the director of the FBI or the AG approved such an unprecedented move without top cover from the big guy's handlers.
The DOJ has to know the reaction things would create. The Trump "woe is me, I'm a victim" crap and rallying people to the notion it's partisan.
They would not go down this road unless, objectively, it was clearly a crime and clearly very, very serious.
And tell us how you are privy to the knowledge that everything was returned as required.Probably all of them...
Regardless, Trump turned over these "documents" you've got your panties in a wad over.
Trump improperly took away classified material, National Archives says
I wouldn't put it past Trump to wave the red flag in front of them and what he had amounted to nothing which will create a bigger mess. I hope he doesn't run again. Flat out tired of the circus that surrounds him that will not get any better.
Sure they had cover. but Washington is getting so detached from the rest of the country. I really felt the "ruling class" thought they were firmly in control at the end of Obama's second term with the coronation of Hillary and believe that is why they (including a lot of RINOs) went absolutely over the edge with Trump's election. We messed up their game.
Many agree with your assessment of Trump. Many disagree. My comment was directed toward the notion that the current warrant must have been obtained in a most virtuous manner. It may well have been. But it is hard to disregard the blatant corruption the FBI has previously in matters related to Trump. Unfortunately, the FBI no longer warrants (no pun intended) a presumption of truth, honesty, and even-handed enforcement of the law. There is absolutely no way Trump is a sleaze ball criminal…

Yeah.
I think the real issue we all face is that most of us are now slaves to our own silos of news. And in our own silo, we hear what we want to - not what is really both sides to a news story.
This situation has created the divide amongst us of even what basic facts are these days.
LG is taking his trolling and idiocy to the next level. These are the same people that waged war on parents for voicing their concerns at school board meetings. They don’t give a damn about public opinion.Garland and Biden's handlers are either so out of touch with the public or simply don't DGAS. Keeping Trump from running again is their only goal.
Per Fox:
"To get a warrant, prosecutors would need probable cause to believe that a crime has been committed and that the search would turn up evidence or fruits of the crime at the location of the search," said Robert Leider, an assistant professor at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University.
Given Trump's status as a former head of state, Attorney General Merrick Garland likely would have to approve the search warrant. The warrant would have had to specify what crimes they believed Trump had committed."
Wonder if such a warrant is public domain.
Trump has a copy of it. He is free to release it.Per Fox:

You have a lot more faith in the government that mostThe DOJ has to know the reaction things would create. The Trump "woe is me, I'm a victim" crap and rallying people to the notion it's partisan.
