Many agree with your assessment of Trump. Many disagree. My comment was directed toward the notion that the current warrant must have been obtained in a most virtuous manner. It may well have been. But it is hard to disregard the blatant corruption the FBI has previously in matters related to Trump. Unfortunately, the FBI no longer warrants (no pun intended) a presumption of truth, honesty, and even-handed enforcement of the law.

The FBI has been a corrupt, POS organization for over 90 years. I have little respect or trust for them or any of the other alphabet soup federal organizations. Never trust the FBI, and never, EVER talk to them if they want to ask you about anything what so ever.

If the court can’t be packed maybe it can be undone, in the interest of national security of course. And this country was fought for and founded by rebels. You would have been against them and supported the king. Here is what everyone should come to understand. This is not an us v them thing like the establishment continues to promote. As long as they keep us hating and fighting each other they are happy. What we ALL should be looking at and questioning is the ruling class that we have allowed to infest our government at every level. Even if guilty I don't think this law can prevent Trump from running. The constitution sets the parameters for who is eligible to run for potus. Not congress. So I don't believe the law would be applicable. Just my two cents and take away from some reading this morning .

Yeah, I do hear that's the general legal consensus. The issue is that the matter would undoubtedly be appealed all the way to the SCOTUS. Could Trump successfully run a campaign with the possibility that he'd be disqualified from holding the position if he got the nomination?
