I don't gamble or share my Netflix password, but I'm curious as to the criteria you would apply to decide which laws we should or shouldn't enforce.
Seems to be an awful lot of speculation in this. What documents did Trump keep and did he declassified them before he became a former president?
This board defended an FBI investigation into Hillary's emails two weeks before an election...
I don't recall there being an outcry about precedent and a bias in government when that happened.
I'm not sure what he kept nor have I speculated on it. Idk nor do you if he declassified it. Seems these questions should be answered before you get an FBI search warrant don't you think?
Are you conflating the media and partisan congressional narratives of "collusion" and what the DOJ found to be absolute fact, Russian interference?
I think folks like to shoehorn those two very distinct things together and hope no one notices.
Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III Makes Statement on Investigation into Russian Interference in the 2016 Presidential Election
Funny is that this means some dude actually tried to import a pregnant polar bear. Lolon the topic of too many laws - this book is entertaining
Have you ever clogged a toilet in a national forest? That could get you six months in federal prison. Written a letter to a pirate? You might be looking at three years in the slammer. Leaving the country with too many nickels, drinking a beer on a bicycle in a national park, or importing a pregnant polar bear are all very real crimes, and this riotously funny, ridiculously entertaining, and fully illustrated book shows how just about anyone can become—or may already be—a federal criminal.
I think FBI needs to prove to a judge that they have probable cause to get a warrant and you and I don't have any idea what they presented as probable cause to get their warrant.
There was an investigation that concluded in Summer 2016, July if I remember correctly. They started a second investigation in late October. The investigation happened 2 weeks before the election because of bias in government that drew tremendous public interest. The fbi knew about the email issue and had ignored it until the public outcry forced their hand.
Surely you remember that part right?
I don’t waste my time with folks that do what you do. I just barrel through. If you don’t like it sorry. But what I said is exactly what you do.Ha. You don't argue or discuss. You just lash out like a 12 year old.
Your level of trust in the FBI is not my problem, it's not Donald Trump's problem, it's not the FBI's problem, it's not a grand jury's problem, it's not the problem of a judge who has to rule on the sufficiency of the warrant, and it's not a trial jury's problem. But so far we've had somebody grant this warrant knowing it is going to create a complete shitstorm.I know what they presented the time they got a warrant to spy on the Trump campaign, Clinton campaign Russian disinformation.
So why should I trust them this time?

I remember it well. And birth investigations being vociferously defended on this board.
