Now you’re beginning to make a little sense here. You use the word if and you also say "get their act together) let’s have you define what that is suggesting and maybe we are on some sort of grading schedule here. If ( there is that word again) we are in the second half of the SEC year after year then yes something needs to be done. I think you will find on any Saturday in the SEC, every team can win or lose. Look at yesterday Auburn is taken to the wood shed by Georgia, Kentucky and Vandy beat Georgia. Man any week in the SEC is a fight to the finish. Enjoy the fact that you have a team that can be who we are. Tennessee and forget that you have the answers to a quick fix.

a. i meant national titles. b. any week no way. Just being in the top half isn't good enough. Being in the top half, winning some SEC titles and being in the national title hunt every few years is a different story. we know how 98 turned out. what's happened since. (note, I know w/ undergrad school, a job at a tv station, and now grad school it's hard for me to imagine but) Guess what? that was 8 full years ago.

We were in contention for being in the National Championship until last weekend......And still in the SEC....We're 2nd in the East probably be the 3rd or 4th best team out of the SEC come bowl season......We'll get a decent bowl game....Next year will be the year when the time comes to be a National title contender and win the SEC....That's all we can look forward to now guys, can't change nothing about how this seasons went and I couldn't ask for much better after a 5-6 season

do you realize we have to beat UK to be number two in the east? Do you also realize being number two in the east is still going to put us behind Arkansas, Auburn, LSU, and UF making us the fifth best SEC Team?

I didn't realize that LSU would be ahead of us.....I realize that yes, we do have to beat UK to be 2nd in the East..But LSU will lose to Arkansas...Not that it really matters though, LSU would get the tie breaker over us.....No we're not the 5th best team in the SEC but if that's how they cards fall that's how they fall, what're we going to do change that? Can't do a whole lot of anything right now, can we?

Honestly dude, get a life and get over last night, it's over and done with and we can't change it.....The more I listen to people pi$$ and moan about last night it really makes me madder than longer it goes.....To hear people piss and moan about wanting the man's job because he's lost to 3 top 15 opponents in one year...REDICULOUS!

C: You defended my point. We are in the upper half we have played for 4 SEC titles in the Fulmer years. Only Fla has more appearances.

i agree with all this, but i still can't get over the fact that fulmer has not won the SEC since 98. also fulmer refusing to replace sanders letting the program slide for loyalty is not right. not to mention the fact his record against ranked opponets at home or away since 01, but especially at home. now his recruiting seems to be heading south. the only thing that has saved fulmer is 98 and that is a fact. in most major top 10 programs fulmer would have already have been ran. it is the nature of football, what have you done lately. fulmer hasn't done alot, and most fans are wondering if he will. personally i see a downward trend and believe as long as he is here we will not win the SEC.

Your opinion is invalid since its obvious that you're nothing but a fair weather fan....You can say my point is invalid all you want to but that proves how "smart"(sarcasm) that you really are.....Last year, there is no one to blame except Randy Sanders....IF he would have known what he was doing last year, we wouldn't have been in the 5-6 season and some of the situations that we were....So maybe it's YOUR point that's INVALID and WORTHLESS not mine

There is no way Chavis or Brooks needs to be fired. They were great last season.

Even this game, the offense only put up 14 pts, its not realistic to expect the defense to hold a team to less then 14 pts, especially when they are thin.

The only way UT was going to beat Arkansas was to score a lot of points, 30+. I think Ainge would have been able to do that against Arkansas.

What bothers me about that game, is even though Arkansas changed offensive coordinators too they seem to be further along then UT is. Especially at the oline.

wow ainge. who hired sanders. who stuck with sanders. never said i was smart only said it was my opinion. i've been a fan since 82 and always will be. unlike you though i would like us to be back on top. in my opinion as long as phil is there it isn't going to happen. he hasn't done it since 98, i don't think it will happen in the next 3 years. the team is on a downward trend and i'm afraid the Wildcats of kentucky may run all over us. maybe you like getting beat by vandy and kentucky, but i don't. by the way they really are not points or facts, they are just opinions. all opinions are worth something champ even yours, i just don't agree with them.

I dont know much about Kentucky, but if they have a good running game, UT is in serious do-do.
