I think we are on the same mind on this.

I think some of these guys are going to be major busts. We see 1st round picks in the NFL that can't get motivated after getting their contract. It will be the way with some of these kids.

Some of them will pan out just fine, don't get me wrong. But, if it's totally about money......and it is for these kids that didn't give a damn about Miami until Ruiz opened his wallet, then a lot of negative things are coming.

This was just a very unique situation where the family was going to have a hard time turning down the biggest offer and Miami is not the school you want to be up against right now with Ruiz way overpaying to land kids. Get Sham and Ramil to anchor the o-line and land Seldon and Echols this week...no complaints here. A lot left to look forward to. Glad Spyre is handling NIL in a responsible way. It will pay off longterm.

I will google the info unless you have a link. Again, I’m not trying to be a jerk, just asking. The avg fan does not follow recruiting. And most big donors are very involved with NIL.
I will spare the details but one of my son’s best friends is very close to the Oregon program. His father is top four donor for the Ducks. So maybe our donors Need to pick up their game w NIL???

The phrase that everyone used to hate is probably more appropriate today than it has ever been.

First and foremost, you want guys who want to be (Insert name of school mascot here).

I really believe that in today's world. Because this is only step 1 of kissing their rear. You're going to have to kiss their rear every step of the way or they'll hit the portal.

It will be like NBA players demanding trades with 4 year max contracts.

LAVol, who is connected, has said this very thing. All coaches at UT are looking for culture fits and aren’t just looking for a guy who will take the biggest offer. They will offer NIL deals, but they also want motivated kids.

I'm sorry but at the end of the day the offensive line is in good company with Elarbee and Huep. Not worried. We'll get good players regardless

I’m not mad about Spyre and I don’t donate.

They gave him an NIL deal.

Miami was just crazy enough to throw a ridiculous amount of money in his face.

We simply aren’t good enough yet. Neither is Miami…but Cristobal has more cache.

We are the nice, studious young man with potential who is always home by 9pm getting beaten out for the girl by Trans-Am Chad who has the facial hair of a 45 year old and laughs at fat girls between classes.
