It really hasn’t played out yet, has it? The locker room. If you feel like following closely the fallout, so be it. Me, meh. I don’t, but it’s coming. I don’t know which school it will start with, Miami or whatever schools are overpaying for a select few. It’s coming and it’s shortsighted.

Yea but you have to keep your expectations in check it’s the wild wikd west now with this NIL and transfer portal and anything can happen in the next 7 months with these impulsive high school kids who are clearly chasing the most money and best deals for them. We need to make a good impression on the field this fall would be a great start like beating a rebuilding Florida team for once and winning 9 games.

Yea I know they did but what’s to stop , Miami from paying 15 million or Southern Cal paying 20 million?? You see how quickly this whole thing has gotten out of hand and become a sh&@ show with no regulation.

QBs are different though. USC has a higher rated QB in Nelson. Miami just got Rashada. Top QBs like that don’t want to be on a team with other top QBs.

You think they’re going to play a guy in the same class at Qb 15 million? I’m sorry I need to log off people have got too damn dumb to deal with.

I’m not comparing the two haha Francis is a good player. All I’m saying is it isn’t the end of the world. We will get our fair share of players, including on the offensive line. People need to relax and let it play out

I resisted this line of thinking vehemently. And as it happens more times than not, I was wrong. It is a bidding war. And we obviously don’t have the big dogs with the deep pockets that are willing to do what it takes.

While you are correct it just sucks to be “left at the altar again” so to speak. Also, what 5* WR are we supposed to land?
