Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

I would rather drink water than diet sody pop

Actually, I'd rather drink water anyway. White grape cherry juice is guuuuud.
 
175 after being at 178 on wednesday. I don't think I've eaten since lunch yesterday. It's odd and not healthy, but now I'll go eat a nice lunch and get full quick because my stomach isn't stretched out. I've had a ton of water. I do this when I feel like I'm turning a point that may make it difficult to maintain. I can carry 190 ok, but not as comfortable at mid 170's.
 
Ok, I started at 223 and want to get to 195lbs. So I was at +28, today I'm at 218 so I guess I'm at +23, but headed in the right direction.

I've adjusted my goal from 205 to 195. 214 This morning so I'm +19.

:( back up to 176.4 from 174 last week, but I don't know I'm wearing jeans, etc. right now and I don't know where I was in my poop cycle last week and all that. Oh well.
 
The weigh in tomorrow is gonna suck!! Both boys had b-day parties last weekend and I blew it up! Pizza, coca-cola, cookies, cake......
I am hopeful that I will break even at 214. The goal was 210.
Not gonna happen!!!!
