Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

Up to 189. Think everybody had a bad week.

Here's positive & negative to remember. It takes 2-3 weeks for any increased training to produce results. So don't get discouraged. 2 weeks of inactivity can result in a 50% of aerobic capacity. So don't stop moving.

188. Lazy this past week
 
183. Hangin' in there but this no running thing is bluesing me out. It wouldn't be so bad if I could stay off the ankle but I still gotta go to work every day. Hopefully I can stay off of it the whole weekend.
 
188. Lost a pound this week. Halfway through P90X 2. Weekend in New Orleans probably won't help...but I won't care.
 
216 this morning. 41 more to go.

Been doing moderately strenuous workouts, so everything's a bit tighter than it was.
 
190. Apparently, eating New Orleans food one weekend can't be worked off the following week. Finished Week 3 of Phase 2 in P90X 2 this week. Start last week of this phase on Sunday.
 
Apparently I gained 2lbs of muscle mass over the weekend. Drank as much water as I do during the week, ate just as good as I do during the week, and did two killer workouts Saturday and Sunday.

So it has to be muscle. :)
