Red says I have to stop loosing weight. The problem is I'm not happy with my look in the mirror. So eat better add muscle to arms shoulders and chest. Reduce fat around the mid.
new goal. Lean up and stay 215.
 
218.8 today...In the past 3 weeks I started a marshal arts class 3 times a week and have been walking 4 miles 3 times per week. Now I can kick someone in the groin, am 36 miles from my house and have only lost 6 pounds.

My wife hates when I drop below 192.
 
I haven't been participating in this thread, but I've dropped 27 pounds since the beginning of the year.
 
Hmmm....just found out the person I have the bet with wants to extend it from 3-31-12 to 5-31-12. :) I'm within 8 pounds of goal weight. Not sure how close she is.

She's not close. That's why she wants an extension. It will force you to keep the weight off though.
 
168. 10 lbs in 3 weeks.

Sudafed diet from being sick, then a broken rib = not eating much at all

I need to get healthy and get back up a few lbs
