I got down to 172 at one point and I was nasty looking

Ha. I get that a lot from people that have seen me since I touched down. I keep eating but the meals are just so low in calories that it doesn't matter. It's like eating air. Very tasty air.
 
Wtf are you doing in this thread? Unless you're gonna track your goal to gain weight.

Haha. OS wanted me to post over here (I am technically losing weight every Friday). When I get back to the States, I'll have to post my weight rise (hopefully pure muscle).

I started at 178. Week 2, I weighed 178. Weeks 3-8, I weighed 178. Last week, I weighed 178. Today, I weigh 178.

I hate my life.

I am building muscle, though, so I've gotta think that I've lost some fat. Started taking OxyElite pro and Compound 20 supplements with my lifting routine, so maybe I will lose a few pounds in the coming month.

I'm only trying to get down to 170... I just want it to be a lean 170.

I was really hoping to be below 232.5 by Sunday, but I've got beer to drink tonight so that won't happen. Oh well!

I'm shooting for between 220 and 225 by May 1st.

204.4 this morning.
Staying 215 is out.
195 is doable again.

I don't think my goals will change again but who knows.
 
Started my cut about 2 months ago. I'm down 18 pounds as of 2 days ago. 204 from 222. I think I'll be where I want to be in another 10-15 pounds.
