Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

WTH. My workouts can't be that ineffective. I guess I need to start writing down every single thing I eat. Course this week with funeral home visits twice, one followed by Ichiban, and one by Longhorn (and I wasn't a good girl at either), I really shouldn't be surprised.
 
Best weight loss I ever had was hitting golf balls in backyard everyday, basically nine iron back and forth (140 yds or so). Also ate reasonably well, but this is by far the most and easiest way I ever lost weight, about 45 pounds during summer.
 
You, my Vol Nation friends, are going to help me stay on track with my workouts and diet. Every Friday I will post my progress. Feel free to play along.

213. Gained 1/2 pound this week.

190. Just finished week 1 of Phase 3 of P90X 2. 3 more weeks to go. Putting on good weight will be tough with these workouts. Can't wait to get back to P90X.
 
In-laws are in town this weekend. The wife hid the liquor (she still pretends to be quasi-Mormon to keep them happy) and made an agenda for meals and activities. Wish me luck {sigh}.
