Hope no one minds if I get in on this thread. Today's weight: 257.
Down 28 in the last year and need to lose about 40 more.
Anyone use the my fitness pal website?
Can't complain but I still do. Where are you moving to next?
I'm going to jump in here. Started trying to lose weight at the beginning of the year once I hit 250 lbs. Then I got serious about losing weight around the start of February (watching calories in vs calories out, more chicken, fish, less red meat, beer , etc). My goal weight is about 185 I think, I'll see how I feel once I get there.
Anyway, starting weight for this thread is officially 234.2 lbs at 6'4".
