Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

194 this morning. Got another three or four to lose before vacation that's in 12 days. I should be able to do that easily.
 
Did P90x starting early Feb. Weight at the time was 208. Finished p90x in april weighing 190. Took a month off and went back up to 195. Just started round two last week and am down to 188 as of this morning.
 
You, my Vol Nation friends, are going to help me stay on track with my workouts and diet. Every Friday I will post my progress. Feel free to play along.


I am 6.2 and 229lbs.
goal is 195.

201.6. Took off 2 weeks from exercise and ate crap. Back on track now doing P90x
 
WTF, OS! I would love to weigh 170. I'm just under 180, and I think just above 170 would be my ideal weight. Right now, that would put me around 10% body fat, I'd say.
