I am way late to this party. Started two weeks ago by cutting out cokes and tea. Also changed eating habit to 5 small meals a day. Started out at
5'10" 327lbs
The goal I have set is by March 1st 2013, I want to be down to 200l
As of today I down to.......299.8
The easiest plan to follow is the meal plan that comes with P90X. so easy even a moron like me can follow it.
I realize it's not quite Friday, but I'm going to go ahead and check in. It's been a great week as far as my weight loss goes. I surprised myself today when I weighed at 224.4 lbs. That makes 10 lbs in the past month, and 26 lbs since I started.
This means I hit my goal for April of being between 220 and 225. I'll go ahead and set my goal for May now, I'd like to be between 212.5 and 217.5 by June 1st.
You, my Vol Nation friends, are going to help me stay on track with my workouts and diet. Every Friday I will post my progress. Feel free to play along.
I am 6.2 and 229lbs.
