Put myself on a diet...lost 8 but now stuck. Hungry at night....like right now. I think my diet may have too many carbs in it, should not be so hungry after eating.
you should be at a 70/30% protein to carb split if you're in weight loss mode. I've hit my goal weight and have added a few carbs back in 60/40. maintained 200 last 4 weeks with a manageable lifestyle. I don't feel like I'm on a diet.
The easiest plan to follow is the meal plan that comes with P90X. so easy even a moron like me can follow it.
What are the highlights of that plan?
