I'm getting fat
 
Finally got to 200. Feels pretty good but still need to loose a little more fat. Started hitting the gym again to. Hopefully I can keep my weight about the same and replace the fat with muscle.
 
First weigh-in in this thread. Weighed 250.4 today. Was at 261.4 on 1-17. Actually gained weight after that but started changing lifestyle on Feb. 25. Cut back on carbs, traded chips and candy for healthier snacks and I treadmill 5-6 times a week. Eventually would like to get down to 205, that's where I was at when I quit running about 20 years ago.

Went on vacation a few weeks back and gained 15 pounds.
Got up to 216 pounds. Been back 2 weeks and I'm back down to 207.5.


It turns out its a lifestyle you have to live, not a diet, if you want to keep the weight off.



195 again soon.
 
Finally got below 200 for a total of close to 50/60lbs lost since about this time last year. Was 195 when I weighed at the gym yesterday. Lost about 2 or 3 inches around my waist and close to the same from my thighs. Clothes are starting to get baggy. I would've post yesterday but got called into work.

Haven't had it checked but if I had to guess probably somewhere between 15 and 20% body fat. Would like to get to 10% by lake season.
 
Congrats on the progress volfan. Keep it up. I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum and trying to gain healthy weight.
 
I have not been working out for much over the last year due to moving, long commutes, etc. I have gained about 25 pounds and weighed in this AM at 239.2. (Second highest ever for me).

I am done with this and am going into beast mode today. Back to old reliable P90x, healthy eating and cutting out booze for a while.

I'll be posting every Friday on weigh in. Game on!

Yep, embarrassing. I did my first day of P90X tonight after a long day of work. It was tough, but I got through it. Stayed under my calories for the day by 1,100 after my workout. I can take off and put on weight very quickly, so not worried about it. Just gotta stick with it
