You, my Vol Nation friends, are going to help me stay on track with my workouts and diet. Every Friday I will post my progress. Feel free to play along.
So everyone except SDV weigh in on Friday. SDV can’t be bothered to know what day it is so he can weight in whenever.

Was 212.8 Wednesday but apparently 214 is what I’m going to weigh forever
 
192.2 on Wednesday and 193.2 today. Not bad considering how many calories I consumed on Wednesday
 
189....I was shooting for 185, to go to Punta Cana, and hit 189, gained 2 lbs while I was down there drinking all day and eating like a fiend....now back to 189..

that's down from 217 in January

SDV, it's awesome what you have done

I've got to start exercising, the GF crossfits's 4-5 days a week, and I'm not ready for that, but I mainly lost mine thru change of diet....
