As this season starts rolling, I think Tennessee will prove to be a really attractive destination for defensive players. Defensively, I expect this team to be dominant. On top of that, if everything goes according to plan, we will have proven our ability to develop players in the secondary.
Justin Coleman - 3* contributor in New England
Cam Sutton - 3* possible 1st/2nd round draft pick
Rashaun Goldman - 3* starter
Emmanuel Mosely - 3* contributor and possible starter
This list should speak volumes to recruits. Gibbs would be able to mature best in our program, not that of Georgia's
IMO, despite having talent, Georgia hasn't recently shown an ability to stop good passing offenses. All this to say, unless Kirby Smart is able to drastically improve that area of the team I think Tennessee will become more appealing for Gibbs. If Nigel is able to get some playing time and we ball out, it will bode well for our chances with him.
Does Warrior getting more playing time as a freshman help with Gibbs?
When Leb was Leb and not Crunch, was he THIS negative. I remember him pushing his agenda about in-state players and not taking lower ranked early commits only to cut them loose later in the process, but even when he is on ignore, it seems he takes delight in reporting/surmising/hoping that we missed on a big target. I don't remember him hoping that we do poorly in recruiting, unless it, in his mind, proved him right about something.
Gibbs told Dawgs247 on Wednesday that he is looking into having his commitment made by December.
"I hope to have it done by then because I plan to enroll early," Gibbs said. "If I have not done anything by then, though, I might just wait to announce at an All-American game. I will tell the coaching staff though, and I will tell my head coach because I trust him."
Gibbs is still trying to narrow his list down, and says his official visits will likely not be directly related to his top five, saying he wants to see new places. The top 50 overall prospect did say he plans to continue his recent trend of being a frequent visitor to the University of Georgia, a program that Gibbs says is telling him he can play any position he wants.

I am gonna choose to believe that he is trolling UGA as hard as we got trolled by that other recruit that trolled us hard and then went to the other school that we thought was getting trolled by that other recruit until we found out that they weren't getting trolled by that other recruit but instead we were the ones getting trolled by that other recruit.
