If you flex IMO... That means you have a more talented roster that can handle more... I know, but the original thinking had been getting Propst would seal the deal until it was pointed out the new rule would prevent that IF it was an off the field hire. I just commented because an earlier post had quoted him saying he was 98.9% decided on UT.
